I know! Happened last week to me at AofA. I actually did not get thru till my 3rd call. the first 2 times I ended up hanging up thinking it surely can't be that long. Called first thing on our check out morning on the hotel phone and just put in on speaker while we got ready and packed up. Was about 20 minute wait first thing in the morning. It was TOTALLY worth it. Going back in September and agent was able to find me YC CL and a 1bedroom villa at 35%. I could not find either online available, rack rate, AP rate of Current GP offer
