50% Borrowing Limit

When do you get access to all your 2022 points? I am trying to book Aulani for 5/2022. Right now I can only borrow 50% of my 2022 points, but feel like at some point I should get access to all of the 2022 points.

Everything is based on the UY the trip falls. If you are going in May 2022 and you need to borrow 2022 points, you must have a June, Aug, Sept, Oct or Dec UY.

If that is the case, the only way to borrow all of them is to have the limit lifted. If you have any other UY, the trip is in your 2022 UY and you can use them all and then borrow up to 50% of 2023 points

Any crystal balls seeing when the 50% borrow limit will be lifted?

In previous threads people have speculated not until 2022, some have suggested this summer. Anyone have any gut feelings?

At this point, most of 2022 is already in the 11 month window. I would think at the earliest, it will be pulled back in time for 2023 bookings, but that is probably more wishful thinking on my part than reality.
