I could go get lunchmeat and make subs or I could?

What would you make with them? I need some fresh ideas. Thanks.

Deli meat/cheese sounds good. There was a thread about lunchmeat/deli the other day and someone mentioned that they get the rotisserie cooked chickens at the grocery store and slice it up for sandwiches which would work. Or...you get get some meatballs (the frozen kind if you don't want to cook) and have some delicious meatball subs. Whichever you decide, remember me if there are any extras.

Bag of frozen turkey meatballs, jar of spaghetti sauce, bag of shredded mozzarella....meatball subs....takes 10 minutes!! (just heat sauce and meatballs in micro, sprinkle with cheese..you're good to go!)

OR

Layer with deli roast beef and provolone, throw under broiler for 5 minutes..

okay you could add pepperoni or chopped meat and tomato/pizza sauce but I like plain cheese

Hmm, chicken sounds really good for today... And I could save a few for Friday and do meatball subs. How are the frozen meatballs? I would most likely get them from Sams Club, because that is where I am going to get the Rotisserie Chicken from...

I think Chicken bacon sounds good right now!

More ideas keep them coming. The sub shop just signed a contract with DH's business, so I think we will be getting more in the future!

Stupid question: Never used my broiler before, would this work with the gas oven turned up high?
