If you lost 5 pounds during the WISH challenge post your info here! Any info that you are willing to share. How about including your 'start date' and the date you reached this milestone!

Ok I will play. I started AGAIN on January 1, 2003. I am trying to stick to WW but it only happens some of the time!! I managed to finally reach 5 pounds on February 11,2003.
 
I've lost 14lbs since Jan7, but only 4 since I joined the wish challenge! So, I have one more to go to get my clipart! LOL!!! :)

This is not easy, but all this work will be worth it when I look and feel better!!!

DD and I weighed ourselves this morning and she has lost another 4 pounds for a total of 9 and I lost another 2.5 for a total of 6.5. YIPPEE So glad to report this.
 

I've lost 7 pounds (and change) since starting WW on Jan. 28th. I am down 30 pounds since my peak weight of December 2002 -- lost 23 on my own in 2002. Only one person here knows how much I weigh, and I'm not comfortable posting it for the world to see. But let's just say I have many more pounds to go.
 
I'm down 6.8 lbs. since starting WW on 1/24. :)
 
I tried Atkins for literally only one day and realized I couldn't do it. I was so sick from lack of caffeine and already sick of eating mainly protein.

A few days later I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting and knew this was something I could do! I lost 6.4 lbs. the first week and feel like I'm eating a healthy, well balanced diet that I can stick with. My SIL and her friend are doing it with me so its fun having a partner too!

I have been doing WW since January 13th. So far I have lost 11 pounds. I have lost 6 pounds since joining the Wish challenge.
 
Since 1/19/03, I've lost 8.5 lbs on WW. Since March 2001, I've lost 29.5 lbs on WW :) :) :)

I am so excited, I can add my name to the five pound list!! I lost 5.1 pounds (to be exact) this week. Woo hooo!!!!

I started my change in lifestyle on February 17th and lost 7.5 pounds my first week. I know it's not always going to be this high but it sure felt good when I stepped on that scale yesterday morning!

Yay, I can check in here at the 5 Pound Club now! :teeth:

I joined Weight Watchers exactly 2 weeks ago, on Feb 11, and as of today, Feb 25, I've lose just over 5 pounds.

Two things that I feel have helped me are making sure that I write down and keep track of what I eat, so that I won't forget and overeat my points for the day. And also having good, low point alternative foods available in the house for me to have when I want a snack.

I haven't felt deprived at all during the last 2 weeks and in fact have eaten more quantity of food than I used to! :)
 
Finally! I have been back and forth a few days with my 5 lb. loss, so I thought I would wait until I felt that I had "really" met the goal! SOOOO, today is the day! I'm BACK on my Carb Addicts diet, that I started last summer, when I lost 20 lbs.

5.5 down, and loooooots to go... :rolleyes: Can I have a clippie??? :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
 
I have finally joined the 5# club! Hurray!!! I lost 5# this week for a total of 7.5 #!!!! I am just so darn happy! I know I have a long way to go, but these little steps are so awesome!

I finally lost my first five pounds since starting WISH February 1, 2003.

I have lost 22 pounds since starting Weight Watchers in November, 2002.

Now, how do I get my clippie?? Is it given or do I just take it?
 
Oh yeah! I weighed in yesterday and am down...drum roll please...5 pounds!!!! I feel good~~~~

I have lost 5.2 pounds in 2 weeks. I started the WISH challenge on Monday 2/24. Yippie!
