5 people in value room

My husband and I are taking our 3 young boys (8,6 and 5) to Disney next month. My 6 year old has autism and sleeps in an enclosed bed. We want to stay at all star sports. We will be bringing a travel bed for him. We are not concerned about extra space, really just want a place to sleep. Can we stay here in only one room?

No. Not at any standard value room. The best options are POR or CBR, as they sleep 5 and are less expensive than a suite at ASMusic or AOA. They will not allow it and if you try to sneak the 5th person, he won't have a magic band, FP+, or DDP if you're buying it. If they find out you'll end up paying rack for a room that accommodates the size of your family.

The policy is no. That being said we were a family of 5 and have stayed in room smaller than the values growing up and managed to live and I have also stayed in Values at Disney with 5. We didn't have packages so they didn't know how many people were in there but it was definitely against policy when we did it.

You're not 'allowed' to be we have. Twice, once in AllStarMu and once in POR we took an inflatable and used that, deflating it and packing it away every morning. There are no Room Police so as long as you mind your own business it's doable.

No, due to fire codes, only 4 people are allowed in a standard value room. It doesn't matter what the sleeping arrangements are. As a prior poster noted, the 5th person wouldn't have a magic band or be able to get FP+.

The least expensive accommodations for a family of 5 are at CBR or POR.
