5 park days in October which parks?

We're heading to the Mouse in late October. We're excited to see Galaxy's Edge at HS but beyond that haven't decided wihch parks to hit. We'll be staying on property and are looking to do a split stay - location TBD. Our kids are 7,9 and 11. Any suggested itineraries? Is Park Hopper worth it? Thanks!

I think the itinerary is pretty straight forward.

Without hopper, full days:
2 Magic Kingdom
1 Epcot
1 Hollywood Studios
1 Animal Kingdom

With hopper, half days:
3 Magic Kingdom
2 Epcot
3 Hollywood Studios
2 Animal Kingdom

worth it and hopping is very subjective. My first trip the tickets came with hopping, but I don't think we used them. I've always bought hoppers and more often than not use them.
