5 nights on Fantasy or 7 nights on Treasure?

Interesting . . What are the top 3 reasons why the Treasure is one and done for you? Just curious! Thanks.
1. The venues are so small. Too small for the size of ship and number of people. Good luck getting into anything without arriving 30-40 minutes early. This includes trivia, karaoke, learn to draw, etc. We “rope dropped” Haunted Mansion parlor by arriving 1/2 hour before it opened and lining up to get a seat. No family silent disco because they lack the venue for it.

2. The pools are tiny and have wonky hours. We had multiple beach excursions and that saved us. When my 9 & 11 year old are saying the pools suck, I know it’s not working for my family.

3. Uncharted Adventures game is incredibly glitchy. We really missed the interactive games on the Dream, the one with the Muppets and the Villains. We all have iPhones and quickly gave up because it didn’t work properly.

The ship is gorgeous. Beautiful finishes and theming. But the layout and lack of spaces for the number of people was a misstep.

We had late dining and didn’t find that it helped to provide any relief from crowds.

On the upside, the food was incredible. All 3 rotational dining restaurants were great, although we were crammed at 1923. We preferred the pool deck food over Marceline Market lunches (whispers “Cabana’s food variety is better than Marceline Market”)

Looking forward to our sailing on the Magic in November and definitely want to book the Dream’s sister ship the Fantasy. I had considered sailing the Wish but our family agreed no more Wish class ships, it was a let down.

Not the person you asked but I was one and done with the Wish but loved the Treasure both times I have sailed on her. Coco's I could do without but the Wish had The Anna Engagement??? which I was not that thrilled with either. Some of the complaints I have heard about the Wish/Treasure are the small venues, 2 small movie theaters rather than one large one, Both cruises on the Treasure - Jan and Apr. people were lining up EXTRA early for shows which puts a damper on things but is not the fault of the ship but just new shows people wanted to make sure they saw. I avoid the pool so can't comment on that. I think some of the dislike of the new ships is the different layout. The buffet area does not seem to flow as smoothly as on the older ships.

Thanks for the replies! The biggest complaint I heard was the lack of a proper circular walking/jogging track. So this is helpful. I’ll probably stick to the Classic ships moving forward. Since I am “classic” (old) too! 😉
