We met at the bus stop and headed to HS at 7:45 am. It was already HOT. This would not be the first time I heard a teenage girl whin "OMG, why is it so hottttt." I got fast passes for everyone for TT while they rode RR. Man, did I get some looks! It took me a few minutes to get 28 fast passes. Sorry to everyone who was behind me. We ate lunch at the Backlot and cooled off for a while.Up till then I had heard "OMG, why is it so hottttt" at least 100 times. We did all the shows in the after noon. I headed for Fantasmic around 7:30 to get a spot. I had just sat down when the Great Flood came. They announced for everyone to leave the stadium and the stampid began. I was by myself with no poncho and no umbrella of course. Wet to the bone I made my way out and found my group just getting off TT. Someone had the nerve to ask what water ride had I just got off of. They had no idea it was raining.
We ended up staying till about midnight. The bus ride back was miserable. By then everyone was wet. They bus was packed and about 55 degrees. My husband and I spent 2 hours in the laundry trying to dry everyones shoes. I clearly stated to everyone before we left that it rains every day and to bring more than one pair of shoes. Apparently, they didnt believe me. Again, teenagers!
