5-night discounts vs. 4-nights

There are currently seventeen 5-night cruises out of Port Canaveral between January-April 2026, all on the Fantasy and only three of those have a discounted rate for the general public. Does this say that the 5-night cruises generally get far fewer discounts that say the 4-night cruises?

Seems the Fantasy doesn’t get as many discounted rates as the Wish or Dream. We are sailing a 5 night and a 4 night in early January on the Fantasy. Both VGT. The 4 night before and 5 night after did go discount, but did so very close to the sailing date.

Just have to keep watching and be ready to book a discounted sailing if it pops up.

We will book 2 or 3 more sailings in late April/early May. I check once a week to make sure I catch when they go guarantee!

There are a more 4 night sailings offered- 25 vs 17, and many on the Wish which is higher priced and not filling well. 16 four night sailings have restricted GT rates offered.

Best to check the prices and not the list DCL shares. Also if you are looking for a 5 night- best price out of FL in those months is the 5 night on the Dream from Ft. Lauderdale at the end of April VGT is $2466 for 2 ppl (IGT is $2156)

I think it changes weekly? DCL Blog usually does a post every week with the discount info

I just check mousesavers website once a week. Usually on fridays. Doesn’t seem to be a pattern to how the discounts are released. Some are released early - like before PIF early. Some are released right before sailing. Probably depends on how full the ships are.
