Those rooms have two doubles and a trundle. The trundle will not comfortably accomodate an adult or teenager. I'm not even sure if they'll let you rent those rooms with the trundles for anyone over 12ish to sleep in.
On top of that, five in one of thsoe rooms would be beyond tight. You'd be on top of each other--and five sharing one bathroom--ugh.
You really need either two rooms or a deluxe.
As the other poster mentioned you will be charged an extra $25 per night for having three adults in the room.
Have you thought about renting points for a 2BR villa at a
DVC resort? No extra adult fee, and two bathrooms. plus the fully equipped kitchen would save you $$ you could eat some meals in the room.
Also the Fort Wilderness homes might work--a double and bunkbeds in the bedroom, and a murphy bed in the LR--would give everyone their own bed to sleep in. Again you'd have a fully equipped kitchen, but only one bathroom. (You could always send the men to the comfort station to shower
