I can not find anything that syas the GC hotel have day beds, but it is allowing me to book 5 into a room. Where is the 5th person sleeping if there isn't a day bed? We'd really want the bunks beds.

I am looking at the AAA website and it says Bonus Park Hoppers with the bonus being allowed in one day for early entry??? What about the Fast Passes? Wouldn't we be allowed in early every day if we were resort guests?

And the concierge or not concierge question. How does it compare to the same thing at WDW?

Unless you have three young kids that can all fit in one bed, the 5th person gets a sleeping bag on the floor.

If you are staying on-site you will get early entry on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday. Just show them your room charge slip to get access. As others have stated though, this could go away at anytime.

If you book through AAA and stay onsite you do get the enhanced fastpass. You can have multiple fastpasses at the same time, just not for the same ride. You can go get one for space mountain, autopia, and buzz light year all at the same time. You can't have more than one fastpass for the exact same ride though.

I am not sure about your concierge question. I have had standard and theme park view rooms at the GC only. I will be at the concierge level for a trip later this year and have never been to disneyworld to compare.

I have stayed at the GC a few times. If you get a room with bunk beds, there will be a trundle bed under the bunk beds. The other bed is a queen bed. Two in the queen bed, two for the bunk beds and one in the trundle bed. that adds up to 5 The trundle bed is a bit small, so I would assign the littlest one to that bed. Have a great stay. I love to stay there and will be ging in June.

The bunk bed room is what we would have requested. I'm leary of even booking that hotel since it sounds like they won't guarantee we'll have 5 beds for 5 people. I've started looking at concierge at the other hotels now. I really wanted GC but I also don't want someone sleeping on the floor then going to look at colleges the next day all stiff and sore.

You won't be guaranteed! We booked for 5 people hoping to get the bunk bed room, but didn't. I ended up having to sleep with two wiggly kids in my bed. One of them did sleep in the sleeping bag for two of the nights. I think it stinks though that an expensive hotel like the Grand, books 5 in a room and then expects one to sleep on the floor!
