So I really wanna get the ball rollin on this PTR but Tracy and I are having a mini DIS meet this weekend with the kids so I figure we will talk some plans when we are there so maybe we will get some plans posted on Sunday night or Monday!

Today is Eryka's birthday!!! She is 9 now and in her last single digit year Man my kids are growing up fast

I'm so excited that today will go fast (lots of kids ) then tomorrow will be here and I will get to meet my travel partner!!!!!!

DIS-meet!!!!!

So yesterday me and the girls loaded up in the car and drove over to Tracy's house!!!! It was about time we met the people we would be traveling with.

We got there around 1pm and we got to meet Tracy, Ariana and Demetri. I think she keeps some trolls in the basement because there was a lot of noise coming from down there (just kidding her son Alex and Hubby George were down there working)

We thought Emma and Demetri being the same age would hit it off but nope, Demetri and Eryka became fast friends and Emma hung out with Mario (no that's not another child of Tracy's... it's the video game) Emma is obsessed with Mario ever since we got the Wii (thanks Santa)

Tracy and I sat and talk about us (of course we needed to know eachother) then we took a look at our plans and decided where we could add some stuff (you will find out later) and where we didn't want to add stuff (pool time is required on this trip, we will relax on vacation!)

After the kids (ok my kids) harassed us about going to the Disney Store we decided to head out.

Eryka's birthday was Saturday so I was a nice mommy and got her the Rapunzel dress (she chipped in too) I was surprised she wanted it since she has a beautiful Cinderella dress and that has always been her favourite princess... are times changing???

Emma was very upset that I wouldn't buy her the gigantic Simba that was $50 (I'm gonna go get her it for her birthday ) so she settled for 2 little stuffed animals, Penny and Lucky from 101 dalmations

I found this cute little purse clip. It has a key ring on it and you clip it to your purse so you can easily find your keys. Anyone that knows me knows I am always looking for my keys in my purse so this has been fantastic!!!!

I will let Tracy jump in and let you know what she bought

After shopping we went over to McDonalds to get the kids some food. When we were done eating we headed home, after listening to Eryka say she wanted to move in with Tracy (let me know when you want me to send her stuff)

I had a great day and was so happy to meet Tracy and her family, I think we will have a wonderful week together!!!!!

I can't wait to get together again to work out more plans!!!!!!

DIS-meet!!!!!

George never did pop up did he? They were still working when we all got back and into the evening.... Alex was dragging himself around the house before heading off to bed, poor guy. Alex said both your girls were too cute, chit chatting with him when he popped up those brief minutes.

We thought Emma and Demetri being the same age would hit it off but nope, Demetri and Eryka became fast friends and Emma hung out with Mario (no that's not another child of Tracy's... it's the video game) Emma is obsessed with Mario ever since we got the Wii (thanks Santa)

Then when she warmed up and Mario was tucked away she joined Demetri and Eryka to play... just in time for them to pull out our Wii to play Super Mario Bros... Smashup something? I find that game very confusing and haven't played it myself but Demetri was thrilled when the girls were giving him hints and tips.

Ariana was so happy to meet everyone and gave them all a big all-at-once bear hug. She'd pop in once and a while keeping tabs on everyone and when the kids were playing Wii, she loved watching too.

Tracy and I sat and talk about us (of course we needed to know eachother) then we took a look at our plans and decided where we could add some stuff (you will find out later) and where we didn't want to add stuff (pool time is required on this trip, we will relax on vacation!)

Woo hoo! I'm really looking forward to the relaxing part!

Don't forget Demetri wandered in with a reminder too. Love the microwave timer for things like that! The kids could see themselves when we were going to go without asking us anymore.

I usually don't carry a purse, just my wallet, so as cute as those things were (and I seriously considered buying one knowing I don't carry a purse!) I didn't get one. By the way.... we didn't take ANY pictures! Bad DISers!

Usually when we go to the Disney Store, it's for the fun of looking around and maybe playing with a toy or two while we're there. Ariana was thoroughly content carrying around Jack and Sally, and plopping down to read books. Demetri was roaming looking at just about everything there and was determined to find something to bring home.

Keeping it small, I helped Demetri choose a Mickey fan which doesn't kick out a whole lot of air but would be fun for him to have on our trip. Also a really cool Buzz with sticky things on his hands and feet so when you throw him against a wall he slowly falls down. It's a hoot!

For Ariana, she loves to carry small little things in her hands. I found a set that has all the Tangled characters and got that for her. Right now, it's tucked away, and we might use it as a reward or motivator in her therapy sessions.

Oh and for me? I bought a super cute red Mickey re-useable bag for all of $2.50. It's the perfect size for me to pack up and use on our MNSSHP night for trick or treating!

After shopping we went over to McDonalds to get the kids some food. When we were done eating we headed home, after listening to Eryka say she wanted to move in with Tracy (let me know when you want me to send her stuff)

We were sad to see you guys go too ...

I had a great day and was so happy to meet Tracy and her family, I think we will have a wonderful week together!!!!!

I can't wait to get together again to work out more plans!!!!!!

Technically you still haven't met George ... it was a great day for us too, we had a blast!
