5 days of FP with 3 day ticket?

I currently have a 3 day ticket to Disney(and plan on upgrading to a 5 day when I am there) and was wondering if I would be able to plan 5 days worth of fast passes while only holding a 3 day ticket.

You can plan them but you won't get them. The system allows fast passes for number of days on tickets.
