5-day park hoppers, may miss first day

Hey all - We are supposed to arrive tomorrow 12/22 for our 5-day park hoppers. I have been planning on just being at the parks during the evening since we are driving from Phoenix. Now there is a chance we may not make it tomorrow but may make it on Thursday - Sunday instead. I'm not worried about the lost day but just want to make sure there is no penalty for not showing up for a ticket reservation.

We had to move my mom's flight back one day due to the crazy flooding in Hawaii earlier this month. It was after midnight once we got it taken care of, so we weren't able to cancel her reservation for the first day at the parks. There was no penalty on her 5 day parkhopper. It's actually still showing in my account as a valid ticket since she could technically reserve one more day or upgrade to an AP.

If you know you won't be coming tomorrow, you can cancel the reservation before midnight Pacific time.

We are still hoping to be there by tomorrow night but we have a sick family member (not part of our traveling group) so we'll know in the morning if we are going or not. Thanks though!

Only passholders get hit with a no show penalty. There is no penalty for ticket holders.
