5 day hopper upgrade to AP?

We have a trip for four coming up but DD & I will be back in September for HHN.

Is it possible for us to upgrade two of our 5 day IOA/VB/US park hoppers to APs? Is it worth it to do so and does anyone know where to point me to find out the price difference?

I bought the tickets from Undercover Tourist, so I don't know if that makes a difference. Thanks!

I've never changed over my tickets, but I've heard a lot of advise on it. You would have to upgrade before leaving the park on the last day.

If it were me, I'd just check while I was there, as I don't like getting conflicting answers of how much something will be. JMO

Since those tickets are brand new, I don't believe we have had anyone upgrade them yet and provide us with their experience.
