Yes I will be celebrating my 40th on the cruise and my 7th Wedding Anniversary as well (both are a few weeks before the cruise.)

On my cruise in August we closed the FE list 3 weeks before the cruise. We had several latecomers so if it had been closed earlier than that the group would have been really small. But I admit I was biting my nails towards the end because I had already bought my gifts and was afraid I wouldn't have enough. I ended up having exactly enough- had 15 and 16 families participated (including mine.) I think a month before the cruise might be a good cut-off date, especially if we have several people already signed up by then.

Thanks for the replies I've been busily crocheting away! I don't know how many I will have to make so I'll just keep going! If it's a smaller group, then everyone will end up with a crocheted goody!

I just wanted to share ::: When I spoke to the reservation specialist for Disney she said that they dont post it anywhere in case they change it but...... we are going to have a Cinco de Mayo party on deck !!!! woohooo

Yes they will let you order more than one dish, I even had one server encourage it (I declined because I knew the food would just go to waste because I was so full but it was nice to have the option.)

Thank you for the info Chris! You just got back from one vacation and I bet you cant wait till the next one. Let me know if you post any pictures from trip and any FE gifts that you thought where great.

I won't be posting any pictures, I don't have photobucket or anything like that, sorry.
I got some great FE gifts- my favorite was a handpainted surfboard (small- about 7-8 inches long that you can hang on your door) that had all our our names on it. The kids also got some cool Mickey head necklaces.

I noticed that when I pull up my cruise reservation on the website, it says the cruise is Itinerary A, yet the email confirmation says B, and when you go to book a new reservation May 5 is listed as Itinerary B. I know it's not that big of a difference but it would be cool to have Itinerary A (Castaway Cay on day 3, Sea day on day 4) instead of Itinerary B (Sea Day on day 3, Castaway Cay on Day 4.)

Ok good, glad you took the time. I would prefer Itinerary A but it really doesn't make that big of a difference. I just wanted to make sure it was clear before I am having to book Palo and Remy.

Kara and i were on this cruise last year with two other friends, and we enjoyed ourselves soooo much, we had to sign on to do it all over again!! We leave our hubbies and kids at home- for Kara and I, this is actually our 5th vacation together- Looking forward to meeting all of you!

Hi Ellen All Iknow is we are going !! Mary the agenct TA will do the booking so NO idea of cabin numbers etc , just know it will be CarolE and moi and 8 others !!!! But I do know a Meet is inevitable !!!

How is everyone's FE planning going? Mine has shifted a smidge...but I am slowing down because I'm worried I'll have too many...especially since our group hasn't grown by too much.

Now I am bummed because we swtiched to room 7520

So excited your DD will be having a birthday! We will have to get the little girls together and have a Princess Party!!! I was worried because Ellie has no sibs but I am excited we get to meet people here and have people to play with on board!
