Just finsihed packing. The airport shuttle is coming to pick us up at 2am tuesday for our 7am flight to Vancouver. Figured we would be getting to the port about 12. See you all there.

Meeting cruisers all over Vancouver - started at the Vancouver airport Sunday night when we met Disneyfalcon's sister at the luggage carousel. Of course, she was wearing an Auburn University shirt, so I had to say hi, cruise or no cruise. DCL cruisers are pretty easy to spot!

That is so awesome! I told you if you saw someone in Auburn clothes it was my family!

We have had a terrible time getting there! We are still in Denver! We missed our connection from Colorado Springs because of high winds in Denver. We didn't think we were going to make it. All the flights to Vancouver are full tomorrow! They found us an alternate route though. We are now waiting for a late night flight to Seattle. Then we will sound the night in the airport and get an early flight to Vancouver.

Lord willing we will be there before that ship leaves!

Of course we won't have bathed or changed clothes in two days so we may be looking scary in the atrium tomorrow!

As long as we're there!!:)

Had a great drive north and spent last night just south of the border in Blaine. We'll leave here at 10 and see everyone at 3:45. Can't wait!

can't believe it's time to head for the ship already.......so excited!!!:cheer2:

*~**happy cruising, everyone!!!!**~*

It was a great cruise. Thanks for the fun and creative FE gifts! There are some talented folks out there! Sticking around in Vancouver today and then to Seattle for a couple of days. It was nice meeting many of you!

I'm home (almost) too! What a great cruise!!
I was really blown away by some of the fish extender gifts! Thank you everyone!

This ranks as my favorite cruise so far - really enjoyed the scenery of Alaska - how fun to be in the pool while cruising so close to snow-capped mountains (on both sides!). We had a lot of fun on our excursions including the float plane (again, my favorite due to the scenery - we flew with Island Wings).

Can't believe I was just on the boat this morning and now am at home - although I am still feeling the up and down sway of a ship.

Would be interested to know about your flights since we are both in HSV. We still haven't booked air yet as finding a flight that leaves late enough to get off ship and through customs and still gets home same day has been a bit of a challenge. Did you fly in/out of Seattle or Vancouver? Any suggestiosn would be helpful! Thanks so much and can't wait for our cruise in August!

what an amazing cruise!!! just wanted to thank everyone for all the FE gifts!!! my boys had so much fun with the FE........the tote bags came in super handy for our swim gear!! can't wait to try some of the recipes in the cookbook.....and loved all the treats!!

i'm sure you will have an amazing picture to put into the magnetic frames we gave you.......=D (i'm planning to print out a wallet sized photo and trim it down to fit into the frame.....)

we are staying a few nights in vancouver and then two nights in whistler.......before we head home.......

hope everyone gets home safely! can't wait to see some pics!!

We flew with Island Wings also! Were you flying with your two nieces? Just wondering if we were on the same flight....? If you were flying with your two nieces (one of them requested christmas music; lol)- then we were on the same flight!

Hope everyone had a great trip! We did. Finally made it home this morning about 2:00. It has been a LONG day at work, and I have a meeting at church tonight.

This was a WONDERFUL cruise (except the swaying on Monday afternoon), and I had a BLAST!

Thank you all for the FE's. My kids loved checking them each day!

I have to go thru my pics. I took over 900! I'll post links to them when I get them loaded.

That was us. Then I picked the Carpenters music to drive her crazy - her father used to play it and it drove her crazy then, too.

What a wonder excursion that was.

It was a wonderful excursion!! How funny to find out afterwards that you are a fellow disser:)!

Not back to reality quite yet. Glad I checked Amtrak yesterday. Turned out our train this morning was turned into a bus due to track work. Um, 4 hrs on bus with 9 and 5 yr old boys? Don't think so! So we stuck around and are on the late train to Seattle...pretty empty!

Whomever kindly put magnets on our door, even though we weren't participating in the FE exchange, thank you so much! (We had the viking mickey ears on deck 8)
