Good morning Cruisers!
We sail in 73 weeks!

Hope you all don't mind if I do the weekly countdown. I started it on the 10 day thread and have continued it over on the Member Cruise thread. Just a little countdown to show how many weeks we have left. Since it is Saturday on the East Coast I thought it was safe to post it now!

Hi all.... Since it's only 73 weeks away - I guess I'd better introduce myself on this thread.....

We were also on the 10 Day Holiday Cruise - and rebooked on board.....We'll be a few doors down from Stacey in 8546..... couldn't get a midship.... Oh well.... at least I'm not waitlisted for this one.....

It'll be me Virgil (46 at cruise (2 days after my birthday), Frances (45), DD Kristin (21 and legally able to drink the wine) and DD Lauren (11).

We are definitely looking forward to cruising again with the 10 dayers going and looking forward to meeting new friends. It's going to be a hassle with us with school for DD Lauren - but DW and I figured we'd just have to handle it. Frances was excited the more she thought about sailing with everybody again..... and I sure needed another cruise thread to chat on while at work.......

I was on the 10 day board first this morning and did not see it. Thought maybe the Magic was gone, but glad to see it is here!

Glad to hear that Kristin will be legal this time. Matthew won't have to worry about her this time.

In a few months I will LOL when someone on this thread asks the question "How does this ER doctor have so much time to post?"

Hopefully you did not have to work last night because you did not post. If you were working and did not post, means a busy night which is not good for anyone.

Ok, found ya! We're cruising 5/27/06. Gee, that sounds so far away, but then again, the 10 day thread started 18 months early and it made the time pass so quickly getting to know everyone!

We, too, were on the 10 day and rebooked on board....
we will be:
Mike (aka ohiomickey)
Karen (aka ohiominnie)
KT dd, just shy of 12 at cruise time
Nick ds, age 9 at cruise time.

We'll be in a cat 6, deck 6, midship, but not exactly sure of the room number. I *think* this will be the cruise we're in 6056---just a couple down from Mr. and Mrs. Scuba!

Oh, this is going to be FUN FUN FUN FUN.

Hi Virgil and Sue! I didn't know you had both booked. Karen, I knew you had. This is going to be great!

I know the original members of this thread are probably feeling a little shocked right now. It will all be OK. No, we don't talk about the cruise very much, there isn't much to talk about with it so far away, but we do get to know each other very well! And that's actually a nice thing, once we are on the cruise.

And please tell your teens about the teen thread. Gregg needs someone to talk to over there.
