Cruise related...sort of...

Has anyone entered their flight information on DCL's website? I've tried to a couple of times, but it wouldn't go through. ???

I tried too and then called. They told me it was because we were flying in ahead of departure date. She had to put it in manually. Hope that helps.

Just saw on the main cruise board that the May 20th cruisers have started to get their documents....we're next!

Mary - I noticed that too. Very exciting. I can't wait. We should be getting them probably by the end of the week or beginning of next, right? It's coming fast. Get ready everyone it won't be long now.

Good night guys. I know my visit here tonight is short and sweet but I can't seem to keep my eyes open. I feel like an old geezer, but I gotta go to bed now. Hope everyone had a good night. Who knows, Stace, I might be back on the boards around 3:00 cause I'm going to bed a little earlier. Maybe I should take a Tylenol or something? Nah.

Talk to y'all tomorrow. Nite nite fellow DISers.

Thanks. I'm not going to worry about it. If they really want to know, they can call me.
They can save a nickel and call me at the same time that they call to give me my upgrade. :rotfl:

I'm heading to bed early tonight myself. Guess I have another full day at the office...by myself again. This time, I'll remember to pack a lunch!

Done with TV (almost), done with kid shuttling. Dinner was OK, the salmon actually had a crab and shrimp stuffing and was kind of rich. Maybe just too many competing flavors!

Off to see who Dialidol is predicting will go home tomorrow.

Ya know, all this talk about cameras got me thinking.....

MickeyMo'sBo....If you took pictures of Mr. Scuba running a race, would you be taking them of someone running a marathong????

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
OHHHH....Dont go THERE! :sad2:

ACtaully have taken some "interesting" pictures at races. Also I learned that you do not want to be the one shooting the "clock" shots from the ground --- you are in the barf zone :scared:

There is a 10k in Austin where over 20,000 runners compete. Many of them do this in costume. Last year there were several snake where three people would run under a snake costume (think chinese dragon). One year a man juggled the entire course.

Some of the race attire people choose is also "interesting". "M'am ya really need to tie those things down." :bounce: Or "sir, a little more "coverage" may be appropriate".

Actually it is a really fun job and you get to "feel" like you exercised just by being there!

:cheer2: We are on this double dip cruise. Can't wait, the DH, DSx2, and the DD. Just ordered our buttons too. We have bus transfers but we are now thinking of renting a car and driving to the port. Any ideas? We are flying in the night before and staying at the Marriott. princess:

Five people in a Category 3........$10,000

Round trip airfare to Florida.........$2,500

Two bikinis for the DD................$196

Cruising with my best friends.......................PRICELESS!

Good Morning All......

Another beautiful day....

Last night we had dinner on the beach with friends returning from Costa Rica. Good times, good food, good wine....and a short stop at the Irish Pub for ole times sake before they hit the road again....

Another new cruiser - Welcome - welcome - welcome.....

I'll let those who are flying comment on whether the rental car process for one night is worth the trouble with the company - what time will you get in the night before...????

So what's for dinner tonight? We're having Trader Joe's menu. TJ shrimp stuffed wild salmon rolls, mushroom risotto, and asparagus roasted with truffle oil, almonds and balsamic vinegar. OK, the last one is my creation. Sipping a glass of Italian red while it's cooking. And it only took me twenty minutes to put it together! I love Trader Joe's.

We had Maui dip, mussles with white whine marinara sauce, linguini and sald..with a red zin......
