He went to get his hair cut yesterday and just as he got to the door of the barber shop, they locked it! He must have scared them.
And by the way...if I ate rabbit food, I wouldn't be this FAT.
I hear there's a Macaroni Grill nearby........

but they have a lot of fish-ey. will that be ok? i know some ppl are allergic if they eat anything that was even NEAR what they are allergic to.

Grrr....Just checked and our online school isn't working YET!! It's been out since Saturday morning (and we had some school to make up each day this weekend and couldn't) ACK! And I had great plans to finish up a few subjects BEFORE the cruise.....

Spent the rest of the day parked in a lounge chair sleeping, reading, or (unofficially) assisting the lifeguards with monitoring the wave pool, or assessing guard coverage and placement... Hazzard of my occupation, I guess - I guess I can't go off duty around water....

Wanna hang out with us at Paradise Beach and at the pool and on Castaway Cay???? Then maybe I could relax and not spend every minute with my eyes on the girls.

You won't really know what it's like until Taylor hits it. With boys it happens later, and I think not quite as dramatically.

That's comforting to hear that boys are less dramatic. I hope that's true.

Good morning everyone. Very happy here that we can say we're cruising THIS MONTH!!!! I'm about ready to bust. Everyone that knows me has asked me "did you go on your cruise yet?". I can't stand it, I think I'm going to bust. Trying to get everything ready ahead of time so I'm not freaking out the week of. Keep your fingers crossed.

Can't stay and chat will y'all. I have to go to the dermatologist and check out some moles I have. Not excited about it. The only concellation is that it's near a Target store and I will have to go and check out some travel items.

Wow, easy catch up today! It's better to stay on top of this thread, and not leave for even a whole day.

Lovely day here. Daughter is off to school, husband at work, cat is behaving. Time to work before it gets too hot.

Can't think about the cruise yet, we have a recital to get through first. With the accompanying fund raisers for the DL trip this summer. Many costumes to alter too, nothing fits.

On top of that, we have things to celebrate this week. We've been married 18 years on the 7th, and I will be __ years on the 4th. I sure made it easy on Kevin, didn't I?

Now THERE's a thought!!!! Especially after a weekend away, eating and drinking WAAAAAY more than necessary.

Speaking of being back, it has taken me 3 hours to catch up... on e-mails, phone calls, and DIS-ing... I've been multi-tasking all morning, and have just reached the end of the posts. While delayed in the airport yesterday, I thought I'd DIS on my PDA... till I saw how many posts I would have had to read before starting... decided my extended-life battery wouldn't last THAT long!!! (There were 915 posts while we were gone.)

Had a great weekend with college friends at a fantastic wedding of one of our last single holdouts...he's 42... about time to think about settling down and starting a family, dontcha think?? Great food, great fun, lots of laughs. Had dinner in the North End (Little Italy) of Boston Friday night... mmmmmm... I miss being able to go there for dinner on a whim... but the commute now is tough!

So that was my last travel before the cruise... which means its time to start packing!!!!! (Ray still has one more trip... but I'm not waiting til a week before to get started.)

Today is Christopher's 9th Birthday... think I'll go over to the 'junior' thread and post b-day wishes for him there... his b-day has gotten sort of swept under the rug with us being gone all weekend.

(Though Grampa took them to Ritter's TWICE this weekend, and mini-golfing, and rented movies for them)... and of course, then there's the things you DON'T hear about til the ride to school in the morning... "Mom... Grampa's friends' dog fell in our pool" . Oooohhhh-Kaaaay. What ELSE don't I know about???

And, living in the same town, I can honestly tell you that those ladies DO inhabit our beach!!! (Though I haven't seen "green-thong man" here, thank goodness!)

DH and I had to drop of car at repair shop this morning. (I am sure that will cost us part of a cruise.) As we were approaching Baltimore's Inner Harbor, there flying its flag was PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN - The black pearl- racing boat. The Volvo Ocean Race Baltimore Leg is in town till this Thursday or Friday. What a great site to see. Although I looked all over and didn't see Capt. Jack, Will or Elizabeth. Oh well......
