I've been working on our door signs as well!! (guess it's about that time)

Here is the first one;

Just tell me how many you want and they will be waiting for you. It's easier for me just to pick them up for you.

For an interesting place to buy wine in Port Orange/Daytona Beach, check out the Wine Warehouse. It is on US-1 just north of Dunlawton Ave. They have been known to have Banfi there for $17 a bottle, but there supplies are always changing.


I'll do the same for others who are coming to JB's.

I'll make a Banfi run before JB's.

Thanks Jim, that might work. We decided to buy what we wanted to take on board in Florida instead of hauling it on the plane.

I also planned to get some other bottles too, is that place close to you guys?

That's AWESOME!! I wish I could do something like that. Do you think my HP black ink jet printer could handle something like that? (that's me crying, not laughing!!!) Oh, wait!! I forgot, I have no artistic talent either!!

Note to self ... work on door signs. Still haven't found magnetic paper yet ... Wal-mart does not sell it here.

Recital isn't until the day after we get home. We had pics today. The photographer did let me purchase 1 package ... the 2 girls together. Then he proceeded to take individuals. Guess that means he'll have them printed out & will be looking for an extra sale $$$.

Duh... must have missed that part of your post. Well, glad you got the two girls together for at least some of the pictures. Now, when you go back and see the separate ones, BE STRONG! LOL!!

We agree. We don't take them anymore and have just gone to leaving notes in the room. If the kids are in the clubs it is almost impossible for them to hear it. It also does not work in the Rain Forest because I always turn it off.

Thanks to everyone for their radio advice... not sure if we'll take them or not... we were just going to use them with Christopher... but if they don't work in the clubs, then we probably won't bother.

I don't remember where I found the ones I have, but if you Google "disney fonts," you'll come up with a bunch of sites.

Hey, cool! Just saw a local restaurant on the Sopranos! Knew it when they pulled between the white columns. I've been there so many times... It's Rod's in Morristown.

To install, open the file.

Open My computer then browse to the C drive, and then Windows(Win98) or WinNT(2000 or XP), and find the 'Fonts' folder, but don't open it.

Drag the fonts across from the zip file to the Fonts folder and you should get an install dialog.

Nice door signs to those who posted them! I have been struggling with door signs for about 3 weeks now. I have the creative skills of a doornail but they are very slowly coming along. Nothing near as excellent as those that have been presented so far!

to the new people and the new-again people! I am Paul and my wife Rebecca will be taking our second DCL cruise.

DOCUMENTS UPDATE:: I did not book with DCL directly (booked with some other on-line entity that rhymes with "-ocity ) Byt I called them Friday night and after being on hold for 45 minutes, I get my FEDEX tracking number for my documents. AS OF TONIGHT THEY ARE IN ALBUQUERQUE!!!

I should get them tomorrow!!! (should I call in sick to wait by my door for them? )

Working on packing lists and wondering if I have enough suitcases....

Karen - we'll be happy to stop by the Hyatt at MCO. Our flight gets in about 11 am on Friday. Of course we won't have buttons or navigators since we won't get those from Jim until that evening.


BTW for those who like to look over the navigator early (or who want more than one copy) I will have a black and white pdf up sometime this week. It will be set as an 11 x17 sheet.
