We're back from the Superbowl party at Mike's dad's house. Good game. Good team won (I was rooting for them b/c the ppl who watched the kids while Mike was in the ER were Steeler's fans....and since I don't have a favorite NFL team I told them I'd root for their team)

Anyway, after that commercial was over, Mike's step mom said "I wonder how much Disney had to pay for THAT commercial!!!"

To which I said..."This is ABC, Disney OWNS ABC, the commercial was probably free."

Everyone agreed! :)

My DH said that Disney gave them free trips to Disney for doing that. I was like yeah right...their going to give free trips to millionaires. but maybe he's right... I dunno. LOL

"test program has run since July at Orlando International Airport, where 13,000 people have paid an annual $80 fee. They spend an average of four seconds in security lines at Orlando, according to Verified Identity Pass, the company that runs the program. Other passengers spent an average of 4 minutes and 16 seconds."

I've seen this....It's called "Clear" I think. Looked at the info and decided it wasn't worth $80 since we don't fly all the time.

I sort of liked the "Magic Refrigerator" commercial. That was Bud too, wasn't it? Was The Streaker a Bud commercial? That's the problem with those clever commercials. You can't remember what the product was!

I watched that one too and I've never seen this show before! Does it come on next Sunday night (all Sunday nights) or what? I hate watching shows and get all into it and it's a show that ends like that... leaving me hanging. Must. watch. next. one! LOL

I agree... I'd rather spend the extra time than spend $80 each, but that's such a lie about avg of 4min 16 seconds. Yeah right. That's not counting the LINE, is it! LOL

TOP with ohiominnie~!!

Shelly -- I would love to have my daughter's abs. She swims year-round, 5-6 days a week and she is rock solid. She doesn't have any body fat (so not fair). We have to ply her with food all the time. makes it hard for me to stick to any diet.

Y'all sure were busy last night with that race to 25K ... congrats to Lisa & Matt! I'm glad I had all day to catch up.

Anyone want a 3 year old that is in the midst of her terrible threes??? (Who ever came up with terrible twos? It doesn't hit until 3 if you ask me.) She's been potty trained for quite a while & decided to have an accident on one of my new dining room chairs!!! UGH! Today was NOT a good day with her. Let's see ... we have 4 months to get her out of the terrible threes.

Ang

I SO agree. GIve me a two year old any day! At least when they do things they shouldn't do and they get in trouble, they didn't know any better. At 3 they get their attitudes and do it even if they know it's wrong.

Uh yeah ditto! Ditto ditto ditto.
Now she does have a little fat on her behind but that's hereditary. LOL She only weighs 75/80lbs everytime we go to the dr (up from the 65lbs she'd been for like TWO YEARS!) but she still has that hiney. Same as I did even when I was thin when I was younger. Her legs are all muscle and her stomach is flat as can be. Makes me sick. LOL
We also have to try to get her to eat- but that's mostly because of the medication she takes cause her to not have much of an appetite. That's really how I can tell if she forgot to take them or fibbed and said she took them in the morning before school- if she's ravenous then I know. LOL

I have a REALLY hard time finding pants/jeans and shorts for her... whatever fits her butt/thighs are WAY too big at the waist- she's pretty straight without a figure just yet looking from the front but from the side- look out with that hiney. LOL If we find things to fit her waist- they are TIGHT on the butt/thighs- as if to have that size waist you must be rail thin like a pole? She mostly wears boys jeans/shorts because they fit her better. Go figure. LOL

Oh btw my daughter doesn't swim professionally or anything but we go swimming twice a week at the gym, she's majorly into soccer and the running team at school. she's her mother's daughter.. that's for sure. LOL

I'm just rambling by editing my post so I don't hog all the TOPs today. LOL

I missed the Lost commercial. Hubby saw it and said it was good. Sunday nights I am usually in my room watching Housewives and then Grey's Anatomy. My one night of total television. As a family we usually watch the Home Makeover show with Ty,

Good night all -- I am headed to bed. Have a really busy day tomorrow at work. Have a good week everyone

Hey Kevin, I know you are at the Blue Hole Diving (since you have not been posting), but our paper is advertising a trip to the South Pacific including air fare from NY to Tahiti for $1500.
Nice!! But it will cost me that from here to NY..... :rotfl2:

I still would like to think about a Dry Tortugas Live-a-board!!

Kevin would watch DH with us then leave. I have a theory about why he likes that show, but I won't share it here. GA did a montage show a few weeks ago, with all the best scenes and some of the funniest lines, and I think it hooked him. He watches now. Alicia and I love George!
