My opinion is "Just say no - Is she offering because Amber really wants Jordan along or is it because she originally made the first two offers, cruise and DL and now feels obligated?

I booked with DU, too and didn't get my packet.... I did just get my passporter in the mail though. I can't seem to put it down. I know I could get all the information I need right here, but it's nice to have it written down all in one place.

I need to get my Passporter back from a friend. I think I need to re-read it before my 75-day mark. I'm waiting anxiously for the 4th Edition to be available for pre-order. I think I'm going to order it.

Question for all of your with deluxe editions ... if I order a DCL deluxe edition then decide I want a WDW edition, can I just order the re-fills for the WDW edition and use the DCL edition binder?

And another question for all of you WDW vets ... I'm getting the itch to go back but we probably can't realistically go this year with going on the cruise. What are your thoughts on going the first week of a new year? I saw that Jan. 1 started values season for 2006. Is it crowded that 1st week? And isn't there something like ... if you book in one season then it shifts to the oher, then you pay the 1st season throughout your stay? So, if we book Dec. 30 - Jan. something, then we'd be paying holiday season rates for the whole time? Can you split your stay to avoid those costs? Not sure how that would work if we wanted to do a package with the dining. I guess I'd have to price it all out.

Angie, I'm not sure how the package and pricing would be, but I do know the first week in January this year was crowded. Many school systems didn't go back until Jan 9th so that made a big difference in attendance. I think the crowds will depend on the school calendars. But, what a great time of year to go -- all the holiday decorations are still up.

Jay & I talked more at the office today about Jordan. He hadn't heard about the drinking...so he simply said "No". And beside, he thinks since we told our friends we'd meet them there, then Jordan should be there too.
I'm not going to lay it all on him....I'll tell Jordan that YOU GUYS said she couldn't go! Just kidding...I'll just tell her that both her Dad and I said no.

I know how that goes. I have the "extra" daughter for the weekend, and was informed that her parents will be out of town beginning next Wednesday...so I get her most of next week too. If they aren't whining by then, I certainly will be!!

I was surprised that she didn't say anything about Spring Break yet. I have a feeling she thinks it's just a "given" that Jordan will go with her.

I say if she wants to go let her go. One time asa a teen I really wanted to go on a car trip with my best friend and my mother would not let me. She would not tell me why, just that I couldnt go.
