Virgil

Virgil... I'm sure Kevin will appreciate the large print... ya know when you get old, the eyesight is the first (or second) thing to go.

Sorry... hadn't stirred the pot in awhile.

Ditto! Missed the race, guess that's what I get for taking a nap instead of Dis'ing.

The wristbands look great - I'd say wait until cruise time - at least around here they'd get lost...

Climb Ev'ry Mountain,
Ford Evr'y stream,
Follow Evr'y rainbow,

A dream that will need
All the love you can give,
Ev'ry day of your life

OK, movie review. "Must Love Dogs" sneak preview tonight. At first I thought, oh no, it started a little slow and the production values were pretty cheap. The leads needed a bit more energy, it was a typical performance for John Cusack AND Diane Lane (but I like them both). Lots of good, energetic minor characters though. And really good writing, I think, lots of clever lines. Plenty of laughs, especially the second half. Worth the cost of admittance, I think, especially if you go to the bargain matinee!

Dinner was really good.

Diana, your movie reviews are excellent.....but your restaurant review is lacking. :flower:

You could have a second career doing movie reviews!!

We have a Papadeaux's here.....the service is astounding, and the food very good. See, my reviews aren't much better!

Spent the entire afternoon running the virus program on the computer. Never would have figured it would take so long, but everything seems to be operating much better.
I don't know what the kids (including the big ones, Megan & Pete) did to my computer while I was gone last week, but it has been behaving miserably ever since.......

Well, I didn't go into details about the restaurant because I'm embarrassed to admit how much food we ordered! We did bring a good bit of it home though. We liked their calamari, and Kevin really liked his cedar plank salmon. Alicia loved her coconut shrimp, even liked the coleslaw! She didn't like the gumbo, too spicy, so we got that packaged up and got her a cup of lobster bisque, which had quite a few pieces of actual lobster in it! I was jealous. My shrimp creole was just OK, too much salt, brought half of it home. Desserts were yummy, Kevin and Alicia both got the oreo mousse (very big!) and each brought half home. I was able to finish my creme brulee, which had some yummy berries on it. We also had a BV Carneros Chardonnay which was quite nice.

There, is that better?

I have to clean up Alicia computer every now and then too. I always caution her about downloading those stupid "free" things, like smilies :sunny: , cursors and other things. Spyware!! Can really slow down your computer.

Stacey, what make and model is your camera again? I forgot...... must be the old age :rotfl2:
