:wave2: CRUISE QUESTION - CRUISE QUESTION - CRUISE QUESTION :earsboy:

Remember when I asked for recommendations for a friend and her child, well, the Grandmother read the responses and they are going for a Christmas cruise.

The next question is recommendations on a travel agent. We have used AAA or DVC, so I am not much help.

But you all are....please :p Thanks....

I haven't read ahead yet, so I don't know if anyone answered....I know a really great TA...she lives in Naples, FL and has some connections at DCL and some of the other lines. She's a real sweetheart and good at her job. You can call or e-mail her and tell her that Stacey gave you her name. It's Beth Foss, and her e-mail address is EFoss@swfla.rr.com and her phone number is 239-352-4041
And I LOVE those wristbands!

It's cool compared to Phoenix!

Today it was ONLY 114° !!!!

See, if I wait until everyone else is in bed, I can get a T.O.P. too!! :cool1:

I think I know what he REALLY wants for his birthday! ;)

Good morning Cruisers!
We sail in 46 weeks!

Woo Hoo - Another week closer to cruising!
I finished Harry Potter last night. Yes, much slower than some of you. Now comes to long wait to book 7!

Is Bear there? Did you get your HP glasses yet?

Mine are fun, but I have too much butt to ride a broomstick.

Bye-bye.

I got them! Thank you! I think they make me look very serious. :)

Good morning everyone. Looks like Mary and I are the early risers here. I can't believe 46 more weeks. When you say it fast it doesn't seem too long. :rotfl2:

Hi everyone!!! Haven't been as busy as you guys on the DIS, but I've been checking in here and there. Congratulations to the Tinks on the 12,000 and 12,001 posts. I love all the cleaning suggestions. Some of them make you go, hmmmm.

Construction update: We now have 19 boxed kitchen cabinets in our kitchen and family room, both of which still only have studs showing. But, drum role please......We passed our framing inspection!!!! Now all that's left is the plumbing(which hubby did) and the electrical inspections. Once we get those, it's insulation and sheet rock. The cabinets will just have to be moved from room to room while they are sheet rocking. I can't wait....it's killing me. I'm trying to pick out colors for the walls. I'm not a big fan of white or beige. I love color. I'm thinking about a yellow with a hint of orange for the kitchen/family room with a texture finish. Like ragging or sponging. Then, for the dining room/living room/hallway a very light blue. Almost where you can't see it. Very pale. Now our bedroom, that's a different story. Can't figure that one out yet. Any suggestions? Will be getting new bedding to match color. Decisions, decisions. Within the next month, these things will all be finalized. Oh, the kitchen sink. Any of you out there have suggestions for the kitchen sink? I have a 30" sink cabinet. Probably going with a single sink, undermounted to the granite. Stainless steel. Now I'm only 5' tall, I'm thinking about the 10" deep sink. Too deep? Not deep enough? Lay it on me. I need all the help I can get.

OK, time for me to hit the showers and get ready for the day. Our neighbors, 6 families in total, are going to one of the families' lake house for the day. This should be very interesting and a whole hell of a lot of fun. Fishing, boating, beer, food, laughs, beer, sunbathing, beer.....get the picture?

Have a great day and I will catch up with you guys probably tomorrow morning. Oh, BTW, I love the bracelets and agree that getting them closer to the cruise is best. I can't remember who said they would take that project on, but just to let you know, I don't have any addresses or anything like that yet for the T-shirts. PM me and I will give you what I do have.

TTFN,
Maria (still surviving the construction) :flower:

:cake: :cake: :cake: Happy Birthday Kevin!!!:cake: :cake: :cake:

Hey - what about me? :)

Sorry bear....Good Morning to you. Bears are usually late risers, though. How could I forget you....sorry little guy. You're sooo cute.

Just one more post for my daily 4 and I've reached the quota, correct? It's going to be a beautiful day here in NY. Gonna go out and enjoy it.
