No, I didn't trip over the gate again.....I'm just thinking that the bone may have been broken all this time, since I tripped over it before OUR MAY cruise. Otherwise, I can't imagine when I broke it.
If you find that reverse voodoo doll, let me know!

And yes, we're taking applications for a cute (key word...CUTE) cabana boy!

And I would get to eat lunch at the beach again. Since we already had our minds set for lunch at the beach, we went....shuttle or no shuttle.

It was a typical beautiful Friday afternoon at the beach!

And the day keeps getting better. Our NY system is down so we can't even email. (that's a double cool).

Hmmm, I know there are some cool sand wheelchairs on Castaway Cay, not sure about the islands. But if we can find some, guess I won't have to worry about heading to the gym on board. Stacey, you know we won't leave you behind!

Busy, busy. Trying to get some auctions ready to go for after the cruise.

I have to apologize for my DH. He is so into photography these days, he spends any free time on photography boards, and doing online photography classes. I guess it's one all-encompassing enthusiasm at a time.

Yummy - I am sure I will hear another round of suggestions tonight. I am heading to Mothers so that I can pack up all the breakables to prepare to move the living room furniture to put down the new rug which we need to pick up at the store tomorrow.....(huff - huff- pant - pant).

I don't care that they want to eat junk food from McDonald's. They will eat home made ice cream and enjoy it (so there!!!!). And chicken (or was that cheeken) and beans, and chips, and veggies, and shrimp and corn....but no LIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too! I saw it on the kitchen counter when I stopped home to pick up the grocery list... I had all I could do not to sit down and look at it right then and there... but we had no dog food (among other things), and a hungry dog.

Guess where work is sending me at the end of September. I'll give you a hint its a ways north and west of you! (Quite a ways!)


















We are flying up to Anchorage on Friday. Saturday my friend has arranged a couple of his buddies with float-planes to fly us around. Sunday I am on my own, and then we have to go for meetings on Monday and Tuesday.

Really cool news here.
Several weeks ago Mike submitted his podcast to a "review" podcast. They review books, movies, stores, etc etc, and they also review other podcasts.

They had GREAT GREAT things to say about his podcast (I've heard several of their shows and it's not like they just say nice things to be nice.....they give very fair reviews and assessments) Only one criticism....Mike can be a little longwinded and say the same things over and over. (I've already told him that was an issue)

He's thrilled b/c it's good to hear some unbiased feedback. He's also thrilled because he now has something to work on to make it better.

The woman who is one of the reviews even said she's going to keep listening to it b/c it's interesting......and she doesn't have any children!! Her dh (the other reviewer) said he'll start to listen as soon as they have kids.
