Oh my gosh! How absolutely adorable! That's what our baby looked like when he was little! He had the coloring of the pup who's tail and behind you can see in the picture. Awwww......almost makes me want another one!

Good morning everyone! Happy Saturday!

Then to the monorail where we got a car all to ourselves for the ride back. Cool!

I hope you two were not naughty on empty monorail. :lmao: :rotfl:

Are there any other double scoopers going to join us on the SS Member 07 cruise?

Very cute, Amanda! I assume you got the cutie looking at the camera, and not ALL the puppies? What is his/her name?

Ah, I forgot they change Illuminations for the Holidays. Looking forward to seeing that. And the new Nemo show, too. They got that one ready fast, didn't they?

I'm in between fetches right now, getting caught up on some bookwork. Alicia is at her cast party for the Nutcracker show, then I pick her up to go to the Holiday Talent show at her regular studio. First time she hasn't been in that show in many years, but her cousin is dancing, and many of her friends. Kevin is at Blue Hole for the weekend.

:tinker:Good morning cruisers :tinker:

Happy Sunday!

This is our last day at the Poly! It has been a great vacation! Did Magic Kingdom yesterday morning and then went to an offsite party in the afternoon. Rested up in the room and about 8:30 last night went to the Poly dock to check out the shuttle launch and Wishes. AWESOME!

Did Mass this morning, a light breakfast and now just chilling out. Going to meet up with a friend a little later and then one last dinner with friends before heading back to pack. We leave EARLY tomorrow morning!

Go Bear, Go Bear, Go Bear - whoops that's not a hula song is it? LOL - I think Bear is enjoying the trip to WDW!

Good Morning All,

I have been pretty busy all week and missed all the good conversation going on. Mark/Mary -- it sounds like you have had a great time. Maria -- almost sounds like you had the same weather you had in New York. Hope you all had fun. This time last year I was getting ready for our big trip to WDW and I sure miss it this year.

Sharon -- so glad to see that Lisa is feeling better.

We had a water main break down the street yesterday afternoon, and didn't have water again until early this morning. I got more Christmas shopping done yesterday and now I just need to get more wrapping done. Found out that my folks are actually going to be here on Thursday of this week. They are going to stay a couple of days and then they are driving on over to Arizona to check on their place over there. They plan on being back here by Tuesday, Dec. 19 so they can go to Ashley's Christmas Concert.

Speaking of concerts, we have Dale's high school concert this Wednesday night, then Ashley's the following Tuesday, then Dale's Youth Symphony on Thursday, Dec. 21.

Yesterday was the High School All-Region Band Tryouts. Dale did great and made 2nd Chair in the top band. He will now be in the All-Region Honor Band, the All-Region Orchestra and will advance to the Area tryouts in early January. I think they will either be in Midland or Odessa. All of his core group of friends made it so they are already planning on who is sharing rooms with who on the trip.

Congrats Dale!!

Ashley had her follow-up appointment on Monday with the Orthopedic specialist. She was diagnosed in August with Scoliosis. They took new x-rays and the prognosis is good so far. She has grown an inch since august (now 5'1") but there was not a change in the curvature in her spine. The doctor was pleased and told us we did not have to start with a brace yet. She will now go back in May for another follow-up. SHe was very happy that she did not have to go with the brace yet.

Animal Kingdom comes in LAST PLACE......and I guess it's a toss up between MGM and Epcot for 2nd place.

For me, MGM would easily be last... I LOVE AK... can't wait to see the new Nemo show... but we don't have AP's right now, and don't have any solid plans to renew them any time soon... (once again, its that kitchen remodel that's first in the budget... but that's OK...I REALLY want it done!!!)

We had our annual Christmas party at our house last night... with great entertainment provided by an awesome shuttle launch. Nothing like a "new" Christmas tradition... about 50 of us on our front lawn watching the sky light up!! Hey NASA... can you do that again next year??? (Though our friend who is part of the launch team was bummed that he couldn't make the party... )

Lots of food, (most of which is gone), lots of punch (which kept my root canal pain somewhat under control for a little while) and lots of fun with good friends.

Its my turn to cook dinner for our church youth group tonight... made extra ziti last night, plus they're getting leftover wings, veggies, etc, and everything else I can round up ('cept the rum cake)... they'll eat anything...

Kiki -- good luck with that root canal pain. I just went through that at the beginning of November and I am still having problems. They hit the nerve while doing it, and I still can't eat on that side of the mouth. They have told me I may have to wait 6 months before having the crown put on to give the nerve time to recover. It truly is a "pain"
