Well, I hope ours will come Monday too. Kevin is at Blue Hole, and I'm not going hunting on his computer for the tracking number. He can check it tomorrow night.

Looking forward to seeing Match Your Mate again. I guess none of us will be able to get in it on this cruise. No, not going there.

Maybe we could Rent A Mate.

Well today is my DDs birthday I kinda threw a party together for her last minute. I allowed her to invite 2 of her friends over for a sleep over...we went to a nail salon and I get them all mani/pedis...omg you would think they were in heaven it was sooo cute! Then we came home and sang happy bday and did cake and ice cream...then I made them watch Labryinth because they were very against me renting it...and guess who loved it??? ALLL of them! HAHA ...then we went to the movies to see Material Girls....Now they are all in swimsuits and hot tubbing it in my jacuzzi tub! LOL It is a tight squeeze but I keep hearing giggles and cries of "OMG this is the best birthday party ever!"

Now ask me if I have packed a thing??!?!? Or rather, dont please.....:-)

What a "cool" Mom! Good job!!

And you always wait till the last minute to pack! ;)

It would be kinda neat if our two ships would pass eachother, huh?

Watched the launch from Christopher's football game. Always a cool sight. His team played to a 0-0 tie. Ray's team lost this afternoon, but that wasn't the worst of it... his QB (and our next-door neighbor) got his arm stepped on and broken in two places... by one of his own teammates. Not fun.

Elizabeth went to Night of Joy last night... she had a great time, but lost Ray's digital camera. It wasn't an expensive one, but she was warned REPEATEDLY that if she lost it, she was paying for it... she walked in the door at 2:30 this morning in absolute crying hysterics... she wanted me to call Guest Services right then and there. Of course, I waited til REAL morning, with no luck. Expensive lesson for her.

Went through some of the photos and the video last night... off to look at some more now.

Jim & Sharon... where did you end up eating tonight?

After your exciting day, I'm glad ours was a quiet one.

While driving back from Orlando Sharon mentioned that she sure was glad we were not doing football in this weather and felt bad for you. I agree, football in September in Florida is not fun. :confused3

That's one of the reasons Mark sent everyone their tracking numbers. When we have something coming UPS I always check online. That way I know if I have to come home at lunch and bring it in the house.

Or make sure Molley is kept inside for the day! :rotfl:

Oh yea, that is what I have to do.

You are on the road to creating a Spa Girl....I would be very careful introducing your daughter to the finer things in life. It will only get more expensive for you. :rotfl:

Yup. We just got home. We were at Mike's dad's house. Good game!!! Penalties galore given out by the Texas born and raised refs, but we still pulled it off!!!! Guess we'll stay NUMBER ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)
- I seem to remember a big 10 ref in the mix too...(I will concede the hemet-helmet contact call was iffy...)

And, 2 defensive players were out with drug charges-(which were dropped because the driver took possession  ) the weapons charge is still standing, for now. And another player out in 1st quarter...(whine, whine, whine...)

(disclaimer - I'm agreeing with the suspension - I think it should be harsh(er)... )

Texas is playing Rice next weekend - no matter what the outcome, it's not going to help Texas climb back up in the rankings. Rice isn't exactly a national football powerhouse

We must be closer to a 2008 announcement - 2 threads about 2008 dates have popped up on the boards! It's a sign!!! :sunny:

We drove past Lake Mary's Football field at 2pm to pick up Lisa from the Gym. (a kind friend of Lisa's invited her to spend Friday Night with her so Lisa could do her 5-9 Friday Night practice and her 2-1pm Saturday morning practice and we could just pick her up after Matt's Karate testing on our way to take both kids to meet up with the church youth group for Night of Joy). The umbrellas were all out at the football field and it looked SOOO hot - no shade in sight. I remember those hot days (and rainly days) all too well. Let us know when Elizabeth has a home game. Maybe Lisa can come over and see her.

He is saying that from experience. Lisa loves the spa. There is a local spa (Five Star Day Spa) that will do a pre-teen day at the spa. Lisa did this for her birthday - Manicure, Pedicure, Facial and hair cut and style. She loved it - and of course being the good mother that I am, I had to go with her and do many of the same treatments. It was great.

See, I can't do the "they lost because one of their top guys was out of the game" thing because LAST year when OSU lost to Texas our star quarterback was serving a suspension. And at that point I did not whine about Troy being out and therefore losing the game for us.

They do the crime, they do the time. If they want to be stupid and do stupid stuff, they miss the games. (although in Ohio, that's not really true--- http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14425267/ )

No argument from me - that was more of a sarcastic whine on my part - guilt by association - even if it is true that the drugs and the weapon were the driver's - if they had any integrity or thoughts of the team - ( duh - this is probably their biggest game all season - not saying that it's excusable any other time)- they should have run in the opposite direction!!! I think one game isn't enough.

My thoughts are not so much that the "stars" were out of the game so therefore they lost, more that Texas depends on its defense - take it out of the equation and then the offensive weaknesses become very obvious...

I LOVE that movie, but had pretty much forgotten about it til you mentioned it... I'll have to rent it for the kids!

Sounds like it was a fun party... now get packing!!!

Didn't think of that... but then again, I tried to steer you toward places with clean kitchens...

Yes, it was hot yesterday, as usual. At least it didn't rain. I think I liked football season in NH MUCH better.

We are away this week, at Daytona... Derbyshire... YUCK. After that, the next 3 Saturday's are home (the 23rd, 30th, & 7th)... then we're away the rest of the season.
