I was talking the over with Augie, the do-over cruise,a nd I don't know if we'll be able to make it. From the thread title, looks like we're doing this in June and not May.

Not sure that we'll be able to, either... my parents 50th anniversary is 6/21... IF we don't go to Italy in '08, we're thinking about a NY or Boston to Bermuda cruise- if we can coordinate it with my niece's HS graduation, which will be that week, too. Too early to tell... not giving up hope yet.

scan and save won't work...I tried to burn a CD on Sam's computer...it is Nemo? it says that are incompatability problems? I don't how to solve this issue. I tried to burn a CD and it says only 99 of the images will save - not that you guys ned to see more anyway...and then the disk stopped?

I can send it to you and see what happens???

Even more lost with this system....as it is completely different from the one that I use at work.....so, unless I get a primer real soon, I will not be able to send the photos and the scan and save ones that I loaded.

The disk is a CD-R....which I sure hope is compatible with the system...I cannot seem to format it the way I do with my computer...it just sits there...anyone out there that can help???

I think I found Nemo....

kidding aside, Nero is a pretty good little program. I use it and it does seem to work. You might have a "bad" CD. That does happen.....

The CD-R are a one shot deal! If it's not what you want, then you got to start over on a new one. The CD-RW can be re-written many times.

if I cannot reboot, well, the e-mail is still trying to send the photos to me...

if not, there is always photo bucket....

Been super busy around here this last week. VBS week....finally....that's over....then spent the whole day on yard work. Could have sworn I hired a landscaper, but he's got a REAL job and squeezes us in here and there....well, the weeds were doing more squeezing that he has been, so we had to get off our duffs and get something done. I know I'll be paying for it tomorrow (in sore muscles!)
Tomorrow starts the first of KT and Nick's acting camps. Which means two trips downtown a day. Approximately 100 miles a day on the car!!! $$$ That's a LOT for me!

Of course, I could cut that to 50 miles a day if I took the kids and then hung out there for SIX hours. Nah....I'll come home for 5!

Off to sit and watch a movie.....

After reading Irene's post I am pleased that my coping is done. I had to learn a couple of new programs to copy the DVD's over, but they worked.

We just watched it tonight. There are some special moments amoung all the junk, like when Virgil was trying to hang a spoon from his face.....and then there is Stacey....or Jay actually holding a conversation.

My coping will never be done, I'm afraid. I have to cope with the housework, the laundry, the kids, the pets, Mr. Scuba......the list goes on.

But, LUCKILY, my copying of photo CD's is all done!!!
