Since she is an accountant she will be more concerned about me giving away free wine than putting rose petals on OM bed. :rotfl:

Besides, she was there.

:earseek: :earseek: :earseek: WOW...I'm impressed!

Definitely a U- T.O.P. with Jim, Karen and Sharon! :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: the threesome

The last time we did a park, MGM, when it rained I had to throw out my sneakers cause they stunk to high heaven. I'd rather not. A little rain, OK, pour-NO WAY. My two boys have no fat on them what-so-ever, so if it's not hot out, they won't swim. That's what happened to us one year we went to Blizzard Beach. Too cold - not fun with two skinny kids. Me, I got enough blubber for all of us. :lmao:

Wen had a great time at Epcot food and wine....It did not pour, it fell in buckets......after decades we finally bought Mickey ponchos...we were drenged....but no lines...no lines for food booths....just losts of laughs...no kids though....

:lmao: :lmao: Well I went to see the family DR yesterday. I got some of the sea sick patches :stir: :stir: i hope they work :stir: :stir: Anyway he siad he was giving me a few extra so if "Mr. Bailow" gets sick he will have some :lmao: :lmao: I told him that me and Mr. Bailow already talked about it and he is not worried :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 He says he will not get sea sick (after all he was on a sub in the NAVY) :cool1: :cool1: Let me tell you all I can think is that he is simply not the same young man he was back then and who knows :smooth: :smooth: So here is what I see happening :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 My DH is going to get on board and have a ball :cool1: :cool1: then we will start moving and :sad2: :sad2: he will have to take some sea sick meds that will make him sleepy then he will fall asleep on the deck (as he does not need to get any sun before we leave) anyway he will then sleep and bake on the deck :sad2: :sad2: Oh ya we have a plan :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Don't take them off and they work fine!!

There was this kid on a diving liveaboard trip I did that had a motion sickness problem. He'd gotten the patch, but would take it off when he felt better. Then get sick, put the patch back and so on!! Dude!! You got to leave it on!!! :rotfl2:

That was last August, too. A couple of times we were walking through the back of World Showcase, and it was coming down so hard we were walking through a lake. It couldn't drain fast enough, I guess. Crocs are good for those days.

Went to the mall at lunch and stopped by The Disney Store. They had autograph books with pens on sale. I think they were on sale for $4.99 each. Did I get an ok deal? Are the ones onboard DCL specific?

Hey Pam! Will we see you guys heading over to Expedition Everest on Tuesday morning when AK opens? That's where we'll be. Are you flying from El Paso this time? We're on the 9:15 am flight out of Albuquerque on Monday.

Ray uses them when we cruise... he has motion issues... he brought them on his trip this week, too... but didn't think to put one on for their first fishing expedition... didn't think he'd need one for the short time that they were going to be out... not too smart... he called me from T&C on Tuesday night and informed me that he 'fed the fish'...

And didn't it rain most of the time you were here in June? I remember we were in the parks at the same time... we got 6 inches of rain the day that we were at MK that week... once you are soaked through, it just doesn't matter any more!!!

Ang - You got a good deal. The characters will appear before the store opens. While they may not sign books when they first appear, if they do, you are covered. The characters also appear while you are waiting to board. I think they will sign then, pictures are allowed. They have specific times on board only for authographs also

Plus, your kids may want to use them to keep notes of they meet friends while they are boarding???? Or is this a no-no????

If the stores open and you want DCL books before you have received any autographs, then you have extra Christmas gifts....The stores do not open until the ship reaches international waters.....what - around 6:00????

Hmm, maybe that was June! Maybe August was just deadly heat. Could have used the rain then! It was like extra swimming time.

:cool1: :cool1: Dont feel to bad for my DH he will get the last laugh when we take dancing lessons..As I have two left feet and still...I have no ieda which one is left :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: But, we will still be taking the class :sunny: :sunny:

Good point Irene! Now I'm glad that I bought them. We'll be prepared before we board. I'll just pack them in my day bag & surprise the girls in the terminal if we see any characters.

Just noticied my post count. Looks like I'll be hitting post #2000 before we cruise. Need to go see how many posts I've had to this thread alone.
