I wrote that letter, I sat down every night and wrote what I did each day. You thought that letter was long this weeks from Sunday 6/11- Thursday 6/15 is already over 2,000 words!!!! I like the thought of the 2008 cruise right now but who knows what opportunitys will come up in the next two years.

Okay, so I have to bank my pts by May bc I have a DEC use year.....if I bank in May all pts , then decide in Sept that I want to head down for a few days, can I get some pts back??

Yeah, which means what? Our server used it all the time and in different situations.....when taking our order, when giving us our food, when cleaning up our dishes, etc etc....I asked the server what it meant and he told me it was hard to explain...that it could mean so many different things depending on how it was used. It could mean....

You don't have to bank ALL of your points by the end of may. Just 50% of them. (50% of the TOTAL number you have, not of what you have left that year) Then, I think the next cut off date is August 31st.

So bank 50% of them....by the time Aug. 31st rolls around you should know if you're going in December, ...if not, bank the rest.

and maybe another DVCer will chime in too just to make sure I'm right (Mike handles all of the DVC stuff, but this is what we just had gone through before we left for the double scoop trip)

so lets just say I was a member this year, and in may06 I banked all my pts...then in dec 06 i have all my banked pts and my 07 pts available? am I correct in my thinking? then in may 07 i bank all my points again...akk those pts would not be avble until dec 07? then if not used by may 08 the org pts from 06 would be lost? am I right?thanks Pam
