5-24 Magic Western cruise

It's been a very long time since I posted on this board. Our last cruise was spring break 2002, and we are all in major DCL withdrawal. However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel...we are on the 5/24 Western (our first western cruise).

I'm looking for tips for lower-cost excursions than Disney's as well as for other 5/24 cruisers.

is just half an inch shorter than his brother. we're going to see if at all humanly possible to get him bumped up to be with his brother in the 10yo group.
