5/17/03 Eastern Cruise.. Who is going?

UK Angel - Best wishes for your wedding. Here's hoping for a beautiful day.
I know the next weekend will be beautiful. I put in an order for pure blue sky with just a few white puffy clouds for color. the other color will be lots of lime green!

Can't wait to see everyone.

OK, maybe I'm a loser. I do have some good tips, but can't think of any at the moment b/c I'm too preoccupied with trying to figure out how to get the "countdown" that I see on so many people's posts. Not going again until July 2004, and it's nearly driving me crazy. At least with a countdown, I would feel like I was making a LITTLE bit of progress towards sail date.

Go here and follow the directions for your countdown clock:

Hope this helps.

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I will miss you all. Let me know which date you all choose to rebook. I'm rebooked for March 13th of next year for the Western, but it all depends on the school testing schedule whether I can go then or if I have to rebook AGAIN.

UKAngel...Have a great wedding day and a fabulaous honeymoon.

Just a hi to all my disfriends from last years inaugural and have a drink for me (make that 2 drinks) at the sailaway party.

While we will al be enjoying our wonderful vacation my mom will be celebrating her birthday. I have bought a banner to hang on her door (6090). There is a pen for everyone to sign a small note. Please stop by with birthday wishes..

Thanks I know she will enjoy this

thanks everyone for all your good wishes:)

Today is absolutlely glorious weather here in the UK, and I've been soaking up the sun in preparation for our honeymoon:) (after mowing the lawn and weeding!)

...BUT yesterday was torrential rain and high winds so who knows what it will be like for the wedding next weekend! Think of us won't you!

We're getting married in a 16th century moated house near where we live, it has very beautiful gardens and is lvoely inside too, so hopefully even if the weather is bad we'll get some good photos:)

Did some packing yesterday and it now seems REAL!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

BTW Kelly, what a lovely idea for your Mum!:)

Hey May 17th cruisers............please check out the post by WDWLVR about her DISmeet banner. We are sailing on the May 10th cruise and she'd like to pass the banner on for the next group of DIS'rs to use. It's a great banner and sounds like a neat idea. Please, someone, take her up on the offer!

To give you guys an update on the sign - dizneykids from the 5/24 cruise said she'd be happy to get it from one of you if you want to get it from me.

This could be fun as each group signed the back and passes it on to the next cruise. If anyone wants to volunteer just leave me a pm. Here's what the sign looks like.

Hi Everyone - I was told by my DD that if I did not post I could not wear my lime green so here I am. I am part of the group with Sweet Caroline, Gram7, and ABurkie. There are 21 of us so you will not be able to miss us. Not even two weeks till we leave. I cannot wait.
Good luck UK Angle. Have a wonderful wedding and we will all look forward to meeting you.

I was wondering if anyone else was doing this excursion?? It sounds like a nice trip.. We can't wait.. It has been a odd spring for us on cape cod. I am thinking this might be my first time out on the water this year

Hey, my family and I will be going on the may 17th cruise. This is the 1st cruise for the kids(four year old triplets). We are all so excited. I can' t wait! This board has been really helpful. :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Hi all,

Just worked my last official day for 8 weeks. Someone asked me today what I was going to do with my time off and I was able to say......I'm going on a cruise NEXT week!!!!! That sounded so great.

UKANGEl, you must be getting so excited, you're getting married THIS week. Please bring some pictures if you can.

ILDC, I'd say bring your video, but I don't think any of us will have a VCR on board.

Kelly, you'll have to get your mother to post, or she can't wear her Sonic Boom Mickey head. I have some for you, Corey and Darren.

Have a Magical evening. When you wake up in the a.m., you'll be one day closer.

This will be our group shortly,

Any Kindermusik students/parents on the 5/17 Magic? I'm a Kindermusik teacher and am bringing my egg shakers for Tropical night. Trying to persuade hubby that I can bring bongos too, but naaah.

Hi Donna & everyone:)

Yes, I'm really really excited now!
I can't hink of anything else except the wedding...and the honeymoon too:)

I'm off work today as I have so many things to do! Then I just have to work tomorrow and Thursday then thats it! Mark and I can't wait.....we can't beleive the day is almost here:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Have a good day everyone:cool:

Will it matter? I thought most of their cruises sell out. My only concern is crowding at the pool. Has anyone else been on a sold-out cruise?

I still haven't started packing. I have a family of four. I work every day. I think I might be in trouble. Ugh!!

My cruise back in January was sold out, at least until they started sending people home because of the Norwalk Virus. It wasn't too bad except for the pools and the kids clubs, both were very crowded. I was hoping that by booking so close to the end of the school year that the ship wouldn't be as crowded as it was in January, but I guess that everyone else had the same idea.
