Also, today, I'd like to apologize for being such a Debbie Downer lately. I'm usually a positive, upbeat person!!

I had taken 1 1/2 weeks from work BEFORE the cruise to relax....do last minute shopping, spring cleaning (I HATE coming home to a messy house...but who am I kidding, my 17 year old son will be here!

), packing, laundry. I'm usually like BubbasMom, all packed up, with suitcases lined up at the door a week before.
My first day off work, my son got sick with strep...then my dogs illness was getting worse. THEN my husband got sick, and I had to put my dog to sleep. Last, but not least, I got sick too.
Sooooooooo, here I am (finally starting to feel human again!)! Waiting for the stores to open so I can do some last-minute shopping, need to do laundry, PACK, find all my cords to electrical gadgets (camera battery chargers, phones, IPad, etc), and clean house. Oh yeah, and buy enough groceries for two teenaged boys (That alone will break the bank!!

) My son already told me about his "Wild Party" he's going to throw this weekend.

He's such a geek. Picture the guys from Big Bang Theory having a wild party, and that would be my son and his friends.

BUT, just in case, I've told the neighbors to call the cops if they hear any loud noises or see a bunch of cars in front of the house....and told Jake if he's not good, he'll get his computer, X-BOX, and cell phone taken away for a month.
I feel kind of guilty leaving him home for our Anniversary Cruise, but he's good with it. We had a Mom & Son 5 day WDW trip last year, and he's getting a laptop for graduation in two weeks that he will need in college *sniff* my boy is growing up! Hopefully, at 6'3", he's done really growing!! Here's a pic of us in Denver....he just one 1st place in State for Computer Programing through SkillsUSA.
Well, I chatted enough for now! Time to get shopping, packing, cleaning, oh my!!
Can't wait for Sunday!!!
