We just passed it as well. There was a gas leak coming from the bus and a LOT of people in orange vests around. The front of the car that hadn't been moved away looked pretty banged up in the front.
I'm new to this, but is there a new thread everytime there is an accident at WDW? As in any other city of equal size don't they occur on a regular basis?

Car runs red light, hits bus. Happens in big cities all the time. (yes, the driver of the car ran the red light at Typhoon Lagoon, car driver was cited for this)
In reality, hardly newsworthy. Due to the fact it's Disney, it becomes front page news.
This stuff drives me nuts. Just because Disney has money people will go after them. It was an accident, happens all the time. Maybe a mouse ran across the road and distracted the driver...

Does Disney have good enough and salaried exempt staff lawyers to win as opposed to settle the lawsuit brought by the car's driver?
Was the driver standing on the corner with head bowed and with lots of remorse, looking at the smashed front of his car and the tow truck jacking up the back, and now realizing that leaving the scene would be via an expensive cab ride?
