ok so i've been starting to think about sorting these out. and as i go and look in each box, i've decided that i love each and everyone of them. i'm sorry i did not do group 5. that's the only one i missed.
so here's a ? for all you past hostesses how would you swap out a swap like this. i'm just so afraid i'll miss someone, or put something in a box that belongs to someone else. what's your system??

Basically what I do is is make up boxes for everyone first and line them up, writing their names where the labels will go.
Then I get my list out for Group 1 and pull those boxes to the front.
I then sort the stacks, since you have 12 you will have 12 piles. I would start with the cover and go 1,2,3 etc down the line til you have 12 piles.
Continue on with each month til you get to the end. Make note if you have any that say return to sender.
Recheck each pile when you are done to make sure you have a complete set.
Bag them up and throw them in the box. Repeat for each group.


Make sense???
