I would imagine, since King Soopers is a Kroger-owned store, the promotion is valid across the Kroger family of stores...

Randall's, OTOH, is a Safeway store, which means their promotion may be available at Safeway, Vons, etc...

Got 35 gallons of fuel last night for $1.149 gallon. Still have 6200 points to use before December 31.
