4th of July!!!!!

Hey, I was just wondering if Disney has anything extra for the fourth of July? Extra parade or anything cool? Just curious because we are going to be there then. Thanks!!!

The parks will be very busy the parades are usaully the same schedule except they may run Spectromagic twice the night of the 4th. At least they did last year.

The firworks at MK and Epcot are longer then normal and Sorcery in the Sky happens at MGM.

We were there last 4th of July. We spent most of the day at Epcot and then headed over to MGM to watch Sorcery in the Sky since it usually only happens one or two times a year.

Epcot did stay open an extra hour last fourth of July as the firworks were scheduled for 10pm there last year.

Hopefully the official July hours will come out soon as we are heading back again this July but not til the middle of hte month.

We'll also be there for 4th of July!! Can't wait! We plan to spend the day at Epcot - there's a great fireworks show with Illuminations!

I've heard the fireworks show at MK is wonderful - but I was always afraid of the crowds! (This is our third time going in July; we love it!!) We've been to MK on the morning of July 4th, and the crowds weren't bad. But, we went over to Epcot in the afternoon.

They do a special fireworks show at MGM. It was great. If you are staying on property, there are also activities that are planned at each resort.

We will be there on the 4th but there is no way will will go near MK. Probably going to MGM in the morning and Epcot for the fireworks.
