This is the new Pre-Show for the WOC in Cal Adventure. They have changed the color sections, changed the Blue entrance, and added viewing areas in front of the Ltl Mermaid Ride and the Red Tower.

Are the color sections, red white and blue this weekend?

Does the preshow end and the main show begin right away?

Where do the fireworks blast off from?

Was it crowded to warrant the expanded viewing?

Is the video from the fire hydrant?

Surprised to hear so much chatting in the crowd and all the people on shoulders.

Thanks for posting.

No, still yellow, blue, red.

Yes. The pre show, which was awesome, was about 3 min long, and started just before 9. The WOC show started right after, just at 9.

Not sure, but it seemed them blasted off from the lagoon.

I m not sure about crowds as I am not a regular. The parks did not seem overly crowded today vs the rest of this week. The WOC area was full, but I am assuming it usually is.

Not sure where this was filmed, but I agree about the kids on shoulders. There were a lot of families who filled in late and stood it the back of the sections.

Loved the show last night! :thumbsup2

Disneyland 1951.

I wanted to ask here and not in the WoC superthread in the case this dissapears.

In the non FP area against the LMAUA attraction. Did you happen to watch from there? How do you see over the people in the top level of Paradise Park?

Also do they use the area that is roped of for the Little Mermaids extended queue?

I have watched from in front of the Little Mermaid ride. The view is OK, you have some trees in your way, people are walking in front of you, but it is better then some Fastpass spots, and the people are nicer. This video is from the top of the stairs in BLUE.

Also, they allow people to also stand in front of the Red Tower and that looks like a good option.

They do not use the extended queue area, but in front of the roped off area.
