4th of July Ques

I have ques regarding 4th of July.

we have premium passes which included parking. I also read somewhere parking option is not valid on July 4th and Dec 31st so does this mean i have to pay for parking on 4th of July eventhough my pass is not blocked out that day?

Also, do they have the special fireworks all week OR just on that day (4th of July)? I am thinking if we should go on that day or not.

This is the first time we bought passes so don't know a lot. THANK YOU all for answering ques and helping us )) Appreciate it.

We have Premium APs and I don't think there are any blackout days on parking. We usually just walk from our Hotel though.

The disney calender shows the 4th of july fireworks playing from july 1 to july 4

How much is it to add parking to my Annual Pass?


Annual Passport parking is currently an additional $129.00. Parking is already included in the Premium Annual Passport. For Deluxe, Southern California and Southern California Select Annual Passholders, the parking benefit is valid on all Blockout Dates except July 4 and December 31.

I think it says it is blocked on July 4 and Dec 31 for all passes except Premium.

So how is it on 4th of July - extremely crowded????

We have Premium APs as well and are not aware of any blocks for July 4th. In past years the crowds have been considerable but not as much as Christmas/New Year's. It kind of fluctuates throughout the day whereas Christmas/New Year's are busy all day.

This year, if I had to guess, I'd say July 4th will be higher than usual due to Cars Land. Maybe offset very slightly because July 4th is smack dab in the middle of the week, but Cars Land probably wins out by a long shot in that one.

Not sure about the fireworks (sorry) as we usually just skip them...

PAP's are not blocked for parking, your pass is valid for parking every day of the year.
