4th of July Fireworks

We will be at DL on the 4th and would like to see the fireworks without having to spend several hours holding down a spot. Is there a decent area we can walk to at the last minute and still see them?

We would like to zip out of the park at the end and try and catch the 10:15 WOC (from the back is fine) if there is enough time. This may not be possible though as the DL fireworks go off at 9:20 and DCA closes at 10. Hopefully they would let us in close to 10:00.

Our only hope in seeing both would be if you can see the fireworks from Main Street and then zip to DCA. I'm not sure if this is possible or not as we have not been to DL for several years and do not remember.

the DL fireworks should be over at 9:40, giving you plenty of time to walk to DCA. If you show them you have a 10:15 WOC FP and you get to the gate before 10, you shouldnt have an issue getting into the park.
