I had been planning on doing MGM on the 4th to see "Sorcery in the Sky" which I've never seen--is this better than the illuminations w/ the July 4th encore, or should we head to Epcot that day?

Robin,
I don't think I can respond, but I did want to tell you that they have extra fireworks after Illuminations for the 4th of July.

IF I break down and go, I was thinking that I would go to MGM and watch Sorcery there and the HOOF it over to Epcot to see Illuminations. I know I won't get a front row, but for the after fireworks that will be OK.

We are also planning to do both - watch Sorcery in the Sky from near the front of MGM and then *walk quickly* to the boat for EPCOT. Hope it works!

Well, if possible I would skip the boat. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes for that boat go back to Epcot. I am pretty sure it stops at all the resorts first. That is why I am going to walk. If that is not possible, I would suggest telling the captain what you are trying to do. Maybe he can speed things up (Like and express to EPCOT!)

I'm planning on being at MGM on the 4th. I have never seen Socery. Not sure of my plans afterwards yet.
