4th of July at Universal

Hi Everyone, I'm staying at the Royal Pacific for the 4th of July and was wondering if anyone has ever done Universal on the 4th? I got an email from the hotel saying that they were having a celebration at the pool but didn't elaborate! If anyone has any info about the parks or hotels and what they do to celebrate that would be great! I can't wait!!! Thanks, Robin

They usually have a cookout at the RPR pool, on July 4th, along with the usual games at the pool.
I love Citywalk on the 4th, the place is buzzing, and they have some fireworks in Universal studios
