Just wanted to give a heads up for anyone else looking for one of the clearanced out models.
DS managed to break his home key & it needed to be replaced. Based on his past, I had planned ahead & bought Target's extended warranty when he got it a year ago. So the warranty was super easy & they sent us a GC for the purchase price. His original touch was an 8GB 4th gen. I'd been looking for a 4th or 5th gen. but was not crazy about the new connection on the 5th or the camera change. Since we have chargers & his dock are the old style, I was hoping to find another 4th. Most are not available anymore at Target.
Today the 32GB 4th gen. show as available online for $199. He decided he'd rather have the larger model than the newer one. It was just slightly more than what we'd paid and much larger. I paid for another warranty and that was most of our cost!
Hoping this might help someone find a gift.
PS - Combine w/the Red Card discount & pharmacy rewards if you have them to bring it down farther! I used both on the balance but the 10% ipod coupon that came in a Target ad said in store only.
