are they still giving a fourth fastpass while making your original 3. is it law now or have they done away with it

They don't give a 4th while selecting the first 3

You do the first 3, then can go to a FP kiosk and select from FP's that are left within the park your at

That was only a short test to include that 4th pass. Hasn't occurred again.
