Once you've used your first three (or they've expired), just go to one of the kiosks to book a fourth. You can either do it in the park you're in, or you can hop to another park and get one there.

We were just there last week and I was bummed it couldn't be done on the app, but it really wasn't that bad using the kiosks. Just the one we used at MK was swamped, but the ones at Epcot and AK didn't even have one person using them.

We were there 4th of July week so it was super busy and I'm sure this has an impact, but the headliners were gone when we went to book our 4th FP's around 1 PM for both parks.

My guess is they may not put it on the app as they want poel to be in the park they are getting it in if they park hop.

You just go up to the concierge counter and tap your band. They pull you up in the system and you tell them which park you want. Then from there you decide on which attraction from what's available.

So you have to be at your hotel? And you have to have the bands for your entire party or is one person sufficient?

And can you get a FP+ for a park that you are about to head to (assuming you used the first 3 at a park in the morning and now are heading elsewhere?).

You have to be at your hotel, at the concierge counter (at least that was what I was told at AoA). There only needs to be one party member present with one band (same thing with a kiosk as well, no more runners with all the cards needed). It can be at any park after your first three are used or expired.
