4th FP+ question

This may be answered somewhere here but I haven't been able to find it.

Can the 4th FP+ be for a ride that you've already used a FP+ on for your initial 3?

Also, is the word still that you can only use the kiosks to schedule your FP+ (and not your phone)?

We didn't try to re-ride anything on our trip last weekend, but we did have to go to a kiosk to set up any additional FP+ after using our first 3. Once we made the reservation and it appeared in our MDE, we were able to change it using the app, which I did a couple of times.

Many people have reported being able to repeat a ride using the 4th FP.
