4th FP+ booked at 60 days!?!?

Don't get excited - this is definitely some sort of glitch but I can't make it go away!

When I booked at 60 days, I chose 7DMT, SM, and Splash Mountain for 4 people for 10 am, 11 am, and 12pm. When I finished and checked it in "My Reservations," it shows a second FP+ was booked for 7DMT in the evening for only 2 of us. So it's showing four separate FP+ have been booked - the first 3 are for all for 4 people and the last one is just for 2. When I try to change the FP+ the fourth one doesn't show up on the edit screen so I can't delete it. When I go back, it's still in my reservations. I'm worried that this is going to stop us from being able to book a REAL 4th experience after we use our first three. Has anyone experienced this? Should I call Disney? TIA

Back in the day, there was a computing expression, "What You See Is What You Get," for printing documents.

Unfortunately, Disney on-line has a problem - what you see may not be what you get.

One screen may not have updated to reflect reality.

In other words, some on-line Disney transactions do not update in real time.



Wait until tomorrow and see what your screens show.

I would not be excited about the phantom 4th FP+…..until tomorrow….

We had a phantom fp appear for talking mickey for 2 of us. It showed on either the app or computer only I can't recall and it disappeared closer to the time. We definitely could not use it.

I agree with the PP. There have been a few reports of this randomly occurring n the past and it turned out to be a system error. Pretty much the same as when your FP's 'disappear' and then show up again the next day.

Logging right out and back in again often triggers the screen to update.

If it turns out to be for real though, well done and enjoy

The only FP+ reservations that are real and can be used at Disney are the ones that can be modified right now from home on MDE. Click on the phantom 4th FP+ reservation and see if you can modify it. If so, it is real, if not, it is strictly a phantom.

We had so many phantom FP+ reservations on our spring break trip in April. We had major problems when trying to link up two MDE accounts, and the CM who was doing it accidentally lost my Mother, her ticket and all of her FP+ reservations from MDE in the process. A special Disney IT department had to "find and restore" her. When they finally did, all of the FP+ reservations that they gave her were phantoms. I finally figured that out before our trip and was able to copy her FP+ reservations from ours.

She had 3 phantom FP+ reservations on MDE per day, and they never messed up the real FP+ reservations. They also never went away from MDE until the real reservations were used.

this happened to me as well. for my first day there i have 3 FP booked for 1, 2, and 3PM and then a random one at 8PM for space mountain for only two out of my four guests. it's been there for weeks and hasn't disappeared yet either. i was just ignoring it but now i wonder if i should contact customer service, i don't want this to screw up getting my 4th FP for that day

Right, that's exactly how I feel. It's been there for over a week already and I'm afraid it will screw up being able to get a 4th! I think I'll call too. Just so they can confirm for me that it's NOT real.

I'm not excited I know it's not real and I want it gone!! I should have been more clear in saying that I booked these FP+ over a week ago and it's still there. I can't modify it so I guess that just confirms that it's a glitch but I want to erase it and I can't.
