4th FP+ and Parkhopping

I tried to find the answer to this prior to posting, but no luck. We are spending the morning at MK and will use our 3 FP+ there. We plan on going to Epcot in the evening after spending time at the pool. I know we need to book the 4th FP+ at a kiosk at Epcot, but does everyone in our party have to have entered the park? We are staying at BCV, so I thought I could walk over to Epcot and book the FP+ for everyone for later in the day. Is this possible?

I don't think so - but a person "allowed to make changes" on the MDE probably does. I think the SDFP could all be booked by an individual band or ticket as long as you were "allowed to make changes". Good question!

On second thought - they should all work as long as the first three were used, or the windows for use were expired.

If the person has permission to plan and share they can make the selection for everyone that is eligible. There is no entry verification turned on for FP+ so far.
