4th FastPass booking

I've been so busy the last month or two that I haven't had a chance to check in on the boards much lately. Normally I'm up to speed on a bunch of stuff, but I recently read about the Osborne lights and was gob smacked. I also didn't realize Hollywood Studios was no longer doing the Animation Academy. So maybe I missed any updates with the FP. Is there still no way to book a fourth fast pass and beyond with your tablet or iPhone? I didn't see anything about it from Mesaboy unless I missed it. But apparently I've missed a lot lately. I was just sort of hoping maybe it had happened and he hadn't had a chance to update his thread yet.

Guests must book their 4th (and 5th, 6th, etc.) FP+, day-of, at an in-park FP kiosk.
That kiosk must be in the same park as the attraction for which the guest wants the FP.
Once booked at the kiosk, a guest can CHANGE that 4th FP+ via a smart phone or device.
It must still be only in the same park where the FP was reserved.

It's not a "technical" issue.
It is by design that it is set up that way.

Whether they intend to change it from its original design is unknown to mere mortals.

Yea, I actually do realize that. I know that it's possible to do. I'm not 100% sure why they won't allow it though. I usually never bother with the fourth fast pass, just because I'm either not next to a kiosk or the lines are too long. And perhaps that is the reason after all that they don't want to give any more via phone or tablet. It would make it too easy for too many people. But I had read sometime ago that they intended on changing that. I hope they will someday.

The change I am expected is much more far-reaching than that.
